The Broadway revival of The Rocky Horror Show premiered in late 2000 at the Circle in the Square Theatre with direction by Christopher Ashley, choreography by Jerry Mitchell and scenic design by David Rockwell.
batwin + robin’s video design provided backdrops for several scenes in the show and the video production included a complicated, challenging shoot in the heart of NYC’s Times Square. The production included stars from Broadway, TV and film including Dick Cavett, Penn & Teller, Gilbert Gottfried, Joan Jett, Matthew Morrison, Raúl Esparza, Lea DeLaria, Alice Ripley, Ana Gasteyer, and Daphne Rubin-Vega.
The show was nominated for four Tony Awards including Best Actor, Best Costume Design, Best Director and Best Revival of a Musical.
