Frank Sinatra: His World. His Voice. His Way.
With access to never-before-seen footage of Frank Sinatra in concert, in studio and a rare private Sinatra personal film, Batwin + Robin Productions had the opportunity to create the multimedia spectacle "Sinatra: His Voice. His World. His Way" at Radio City Music Hall in October of 2003. With a live 40-piece orchestra, larger-than-life imagery and a full ensemble of singers and performers that celebrate this entertainment legend, Sinatra: His Voice. His World. His Way. was the convergence of projection and cinematic technology intertwined to create a whole new genre of live entertainment.
BP Energy Center
Working with Ben Rubin of EAR Studio, B+R created a multimedia installation for the new BP community center in Anchorage, Alaska. The installation design consists of a 150' LED sign that winds its way through a forest of birch trees in front of the building. The LED sign pierces a glass wall and flows down a hallway to an array of projection and plasma screens. The installation also features original documentary stories of the people of Alaska.
Maryland African American Museum of History and Culture
The 10,000 square foot exhibit space of this new museum designed by Gallagher & Associates, will incorporate audio/visual material as an interpretive tool. B+R's role as Media Developer will be to create media installations that relate the Maryland African American Experience.
"American On the Move" at the Smithsonian, Washington, D.C.
B+R created a simulation of a ride on Chicago's elevated subway train in 1959. Built in an actual 1950's Chicago subway car, the multi-media simulation ride allows the visitor to look and listen in on some of the typical conversations one would hear on a ride through the Loop in Downtown Chicago.

It is a completely unique immersive media theater that is designed to open the hearts and minds of the visitors of the new NMAI, which will be housed on the Mall in Washington, D.C. The Museum is due to open in 2004. |
